Plan for a mobile mast near school

DESPITE opposition from parents and residents, a mobile phone mast may still be placed near a Bridlington primary school.
Vodaphone first revealed its plans to place a mobile phone base station on the grass verge in front of Martongate Primary School last September.
Angry residents and parents opposed the move due to fears over the possible negative side effects caused to youngsters' health by radiation emitted from the mast.
