Mit Eröffnung eines Normenkontrollverfahrens erwartet Hartz4-Plattform-Sprecherin auch eine Beschleunigung der Wiesbadener Musterklage gegen den Regelsatz. Die Wiesbadener Musterklage gegen den für ein soziokulturelles Existenzminimum zu geringen ALG II-Regelsatz hat nach Ansicht von Hartz4-Plattform-Sprecherin Brigitte Vallenthin durch die Eröffnung eines Normenkontrollverfahrens durch das Bundesverfassungsgericht (BverfG) zu einer vorausgegangenen Klage aus Eschwege neuen Fahrtwind erhalten. Die Bürgerinitiative zur Unterstützung von Hartz IV-Betroffenen sowie zur Einführung des Bedingungslosen Grundeinkommens erwartet jetzt, dass die Wiesbadener Richter ihre seit Sommer 2007 anhängige Regelsatz-Klage nunmehr so zügig bearbeiten, dass die darin enthaltenen Begründungen noch rechtzeitig ebenfalls Eingang in die Beurteilung der Verfassungsrichter in Karlsruhe finden.

Anstieg der bundesweiten Hartz-IV Klagen um 150 Prozent

Die Anzahl der Klagen und Widersprüche hat um 150 Prozent zugenommen. Zudem sei die Erfolgquote der Kläger vor den Sozialgerichten ebenfalls rasant angestiegen. Die Bundestagsabgeordnete der LINKEN, Katja Kipping hatte eine kleine Anfrage an die Bundesregierung gestellt.
