The White House and too many Republicans in the Senate — including Sens. Lamar Alexander and Bob Corker — are thwarting the will of the American people, who overwhelmingly want our leaders to take care of our troops, bring them home safely and find a sensible strategy to extricate us from the civil war in Iraq. And they are doing it in the most insidious of ways: by blocking votes on legislation and by rejecting independent review of the President’s strategy...
