The Assault on Due Process and Civil Liberties

The War on Terror, for all that it has had horrible human rights and civil liberties abuses enacted in its name, would not have been possible without the preceding War on Drugs. What many seem to not realize is that the rights lost by one person are lost by everyone. When some 'terrorist' or 'trafficker' loses his or her rights, so do you."
