Utilities Must Do Their Part to Fight Climate Change
John Kerry writes an editorial in response to a recent op-ed by David Sokol, the chief executive of a major electric utility. Kerry says that Sokol, in his piece titled, "An Apollo Program for Climate Change," called for an ambitious program to fight climate change, but put the burden on taxpayers instead of utility companies, where Kerry says it should be.
