Congress Criticizes Bush's Lack of Briefings on Bank Data
Representative Sue Kelly of New York, chairwoman of the House Financial Services subcommittee on oversight, was joined by members of both parties in accusing the administration of being too secretive and unaccountable to Congress about a program that sifted through a vast international banking network in an effort to track terrorists' finances.
