ABC's 20/20 recently did a story about current medical abuse of power. My last column on the topic was in 2003 and I ‘thought’ the practice had ended. WRONG! Brian Ross interviewed a doctor who, defending the indefensible, didn't see anything wrong with giving patients an experimental artificial blood called Polyheme...without their permission!.....
