Pierre Haski writes for Rue89: "If Bernard Kouchner had been Foreign Affairs Minister in 2003, no doubt France would have troops in Iraq at this time, just as bogged down as those of the United States. Bernard Kouchner has been the head of French diplomacy for three months and here he is, already talking to us about 'war,' this time with Iran."
