2. Ratgeber Widerspruch bei Hartz IV Was tun, wenn der ALG II Bescheid nicht zulässig ist?

Gegen einen Bescheid vom Amt ist immer ein Widerspruch zulässig. Dafür gelten bestimmte Fristen, die im jeweiligen Bescheid angegeben sein müssen. Bei ALG II-Bescheiden beträgt diese Frist 1 Monat nach Bekanntgabe. Lt. SGB X § 37 Abs. 2 gilt ein schriftlicher Verwaltungsakt am 3. Tag nach Aufgabe zur Post als bekannt gegeben. Lt. 3. Kunst- Stimmen gegen Armut & die Folgen von Hartz IV

4. Hartz IV: Nicht anrechnungsfähiges Einkommen

5. Hartz IV: Mangelernährung und Isolation

Die von Arbeitsminister Müntefering (SPD) angestoßene Debatte zur Erhöhung der Hartz IV-Leistungen für Kinder wird von verschiedenen Erwerbsloseninitiativen gern aufgegriffen. Eine Erhöhung der Regelleistung um monatlich 10 Euro soll nach Ansicht des Ministers Mangelernährung von Kindern in Hartz IV-Bezug ausschließen. Das würde eine Erhöhung um ca. 30 Cent am Tag ausmachen. Der Betrag, der zur gesunden Ernährung von Schulkindern zwischen 6 und 14 Jahren nötig wäre, würde sich damit jedoch nur auf etwa 2 Euro am Tag reduzieren. Um Mangelernährung auszuschließen, müssen die monatlichen Leistungen für 6 bis 14-jährige um etwa 70 Euro, für 15 bis 18-jährige um etwa 90 Euro angehoben werden. Soldier Who Sued Army Facing Threats
