Dismay over mast call rejection
DISAPPOINTMENT has been expressed by a Horsham district councillor over Parliament's rejection of a call for greater controls on mobile phone masts.
A change in the law to put more planning restrictions on companies building mobile phone masts was proposed by Liberal Democrat MP Andrew Stunell who moved an amendment to the Planning Bill on June 25.
