Republican and Democratic Party lawyers, consultants and strategists are girding up for possible post-election recount battles, according to an article in Roll Call. 'The fact that many states will be using increasingly controversial electronic voting machines -- in some cases, for the first time -- increases the likelihood that some results will be in dispute,' Matthew Murray writes for the Capitol Hill newspaper.
