Democrats distanced themselves Monday from Wisconsin Sen. Russell Feingold's effort to censure President Bush over domestic spying. Vice President Dick Cheney, visiting Feingold's state, called the resolution an 'outrageous proposition. Don't hold back,' he said. Censure President Bush - Impeach Cheney First

It wouldn't surprise me if this move was orchestrated by Rove and Co. With impeachment feaver in the air, censure might just make the masses calm down. :)
