The Bush administration blew the $236,400,000,000 (billion with a 'B') they received at the beginning of the game in their first year, but continued playing, using our US Treasury credit card. (see 'World War $$$ score card graph' at the end). Also in the first nine months on September 10, 2001, twenty four hours before the 9/11 attacks, the Administration announces it can not account for $2,300,000,000,000 (that's trillion with a 'T') or about $8,000 per citizen watching them play this game on their behalf...
