A Spy Speaks Out: CIA Cans Agent Over Leak to Media

CIA Cans Agent Over Leak to Media

Informant: Kev Hall

IMPEACH The President And The Vice-President NOW

As Americans, we are very proud of our heritage, but I wonder what future generations will think if we sit idly by and do nothing when we actually do know the truth. The United States of America is plagued with continuous mission creep and increasing cost with no retribution in sight. Iraq is presently sitting on top of two trillion gallons of unrefined crude, and could have paid for their own liberation. Three years ago, the Administration had that specific proposal before it and failed to pursue it because it was a Democratic idea. This Administration has never vetoed a spending bill and we are over eight trillion dollars in debt, mismanagement, you bet.

But most of all we have been LIED to about the most weighty decision a government can make --- to go to war. Remember the Downing Street Memo? It was just swept under the table, What about the weapons of mass destruction? The normal response by this White House is change the theme and fire anybody who disagrees with their official version. Enough is enough. I will stand up for the truth, please join me in cleaning up Washington. Tell Congress the time for impeachment of both the president and the vice president is already long overdue.

The words from the heart above are those of Charles Sanders, Democratic candidate for the U.S House from the 3rd district of Ohio. We NEED candidates like Charles Sanders to stand up and make an issue of the repeated trangressions of the current administration. Charles needs your help to get his message out, and has now less that two weeks before his primary to do so. Please make a contribution now to enable Charles to go to Congress and fight for you on the issue you care about.

How many times have you felt helpless and wished you could influence the votes of representatives in other districts to prevail on a critical vote in Congress, but thought you could not do so effectively because you were not one of their own constituents? How much more would you support Charles if you do live in his district?

Here we have a courageous candidate who will fight for all the issues you care about, if only he is given the chance to make the run. Please donate whatever you can to help Charles get on the radio to recruit and mobilize even more people to speak out so we can have a real impact on these policy decisions now and for the future. What would you give to have a whole legislature of people like Charles Sanders? Won't you give him your support now to make that a reality?

We have been valiantly speaking out with action alerts based on one fundamental premise --- either our representatives in Congress would listen to and heed the voices of their people --- or else we would work to replace them in the next election.

The time for the replacement action is NOW.

If each of us will just contribute what we can, to the most worthy candidates we can find, it will make a real difference in the kind of Congress we will all have to deal with in 2007. Most importantly, strong showings NOW by candidates who DO have a backbone, and WILL stand up and fight, can send a powerful message to the rest that they better start shaping up or we will ship them out too. Make your donation today and it will have cascading positive effects in many other races for months to come.

Please take action NOW, so we can win all victories that are supposed to be ours, and forward this message to everyone else you know.

Help protect the natural wonders of the Great Plains

We need your immediate help to protect one of the last wild landscapes of the Great Plains -- the Upper Missouri River Breaks National Monument in north- central Montana.

The Bureau of Land Management has just released a draft management plan that threatens the spectacular wildlife and geological, historical and cultural treasures that make this national monument a unique place.

Please go to and urge the Bureau of Land Management to protect the Upper Missouri River Breaks National Monument, rather than subject it to an onslaught of jet skis, motor boats, airstrips and hundreds of miles of roads.

The Upper Missouri River Breaks National Monument is a place of untamed beauty and flourishing wildlife, rich in cultural history and geological wonders, with the wild and majestic Missouri River at its heart. These wildlands have changed little from what Lewis and Clark saw on their westward journey 200 years ago, or from what Native American tribes experienced for thousands of years before that.

The lands and waters of the monument are home to renowned elk and bighorn sheep herds, bald and golden eagles, and numerous kinds of fish, including rare and endangered species. The Bureau of Land Management is proposing to allow an extensive network of roads -- totaling almost 400 miles in length -- that would imperil this wildlife and destroy the monument's unspoiled character. In addition, the six unauthorized airstrips and excessive motorboat use that are part of the proposal would further damage the region's wild qualities.

The Bureau of Land Management is accepting public comments until April 26th. Please go to right away and tell the agency to revise its proposed management plan to protect and preserve the special values of the Upper Missouri River Breaks National Monument for present and future generations to enjoy.

Thank you for your help in defending these magnificent wildlands.

DEADLINE APR 21, 2006,

We, the Undersigned, endorse the following petition: Tell Animal Planet to Create a series on animal rights issues Target: Animal Planet Television, Animal Planet Television Sponsor: Bonnie Monaghan Dear Animal Planet, Congratulations on the sucess of Animal Precient, Animal Cops, Animal Heros, etc. These shows bring to light the harsh reality of the sufferring of animals in our society. We are asking you to please create a series dealing with other serious animal rights issues. For example, one show could focus on the way in which animals on Factory Farms are killed for food consumption. It could showcase vegitarianism or veganism. Another show could show the cruel slaughter of animals for clothing such as leather, fur, wool, etc, and ask people not to wear these products. Other topics could include animal abuse in circuses as well as animal testing laboratories and Vivesection. The public has a right to know and take action to help the animals that are sufferring. Please consult with leading animal rights activists and advise viewers on how they can help end the sufferring to animals tortured or killed for food, clothing, entertainment, testing, and the like. The world is ready to know the truth.

We, the Undersigned, endorse the following petition: BAN VIVISECTION IN THE U.S. Target: animal testing laboratories. Sponsor: Maggie Rizzo, none If you sign this petition, you are demanding that the United States government ban animal testing. There are so many alternatives to vivisection! Testing on animals is just plain wrong, and I need your help to make that fact known.

We, the Undersigned, endorse the following petition: Victims of Vivisection - End the carnage ! Target: Mike Johanns, Agriculture Secretary, USDA/APHIS/AC Sponsor: Anita Solomon ANIMALS IN LABORATORIES UNSEEN THEY SUFFER UNHEARD THEY CRY IN AGONY THEY LINGER IN LONELINESS THEY DIE Unknown

As many as 115 million animals are experimented on and killed in laboratories in the U.S. every year. Much of the experimentation-including pumping chemicals into rats' stomachs, hacking muscle tissue from dogs' thighs, and putting baby monkeys in isolation chambers far from their mothers-is paid for by you, the American taxpayer and consumer. What have we learned from all of this suffering? That animal research is inherently unethical, inevitably wasteful, and wholly unreliable. The U.S. squanders approximately $18 billion per year on animal experiments, even though alternatives are less expensive and can be used repeatedly.

We, the Undersigned, endorse the following petition: Stand Up Against Vivisection Target: Companies and Universities which test on animals Sponsor: Lesleigh Harnwell This is an appeal on behalf of the animals,

Animal experimentation (vivisection) is still a cruel and shocking industry, despite proof that an animal is not the same as a man.

In some cases, pharmaceutical drugs tested on animals and proven safe have had disastrous outcomes for the Human consumers.

The horrific conditions, which these animals are kept. Their daily lives in agony until the end. Surely, this is an abomination of science.

Why then is animal vivisection still around? There are alternatives for man to access disease or the effects of drugs, which do not involve animal testing.

Animals such as cats, dogs, rabbits, mice and many Species of monkey need your help.

April 23rd – 30th is World Week for Animals in Laboratories, Promoting humane research without harming animals.

Be a voice for the animals, which suffer daily. Please sign this petition to abolish animal experimentation.

We, the Undersigned, endorse the following petition: Tell Clorox To Stop Testing On Animals Target: Clorox Sponsor: Meghan Wallace Clorox, along with other companies, test on animals. But the worst truth is that the need for animal testing is eliminated. Science has found other alternatives to animal testing. Please see the full petition for more information

Animal testing is a very cruel, inhumane process to find out the toxic levels of household or other products. Animal testing labs have animals like mice, rabbits, hampsters, and other animals put in cages and stocks while people put make-up on them or force them to ingest things. But not only small animals are tested on. Lost dogs and cats are also tested on. Some people known as bunchers steal pets or lost animals and give them to kennels who abuse them before they give them to animal testing labs like Clorox. Some animal die in the kennels. Others die in the labs. Also animal testing isn't accurate. Animal don't have the same toxin levels as we do. So please say no to Clorox for animal testing.

We, the Undersigned, endorse the following petition: Ask the Canadian Government to stop testing pesticides on animals Target: Ujjal Dosanjh, Minister of Health Canada, Government of Canada Sponsor: Nancy Trezza, none What Canada needs is to ban chemicals that are already known to be dangerous. Instead Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA) keeps demanding more animal testing, even though more than 10,000 animals have already been killed for every pesticide on the market. PMRA is demanding a new test called a "developmental neurotoxicity" test, which supposedly gauges a pesticide's effects on the developing nervous systems of animals who are exposed to a chemical while in the womb. This test consumes upwards of 2,000 animals at a time. What's more, government scientists have admitted that they are not even sure how to interpret the results of this test! Canadians, and the world, believe that stopping these tests makes good sense and good science. These animal tests are outdated. We urge PMRA/Health Canada to regulate pesticides and other chemicals that are already known to be dangerous-not to torture innocent animals. Mr. Dosanjh, your Department should be doing much more to reduce its reliance on animal testing, including funding the development of NON-ANIMAL test methods. We do not want our taxpayers' dollars to be used to inflict suffering on animals. Stop testing chemicals and pesticides on animals now!

Protect the voting rights of all New Orleans citizens

Over the past several weeks, the NAACP has worked tirelessly to protect the voting rights of all New Orleans citizens. Through the NAACP's 16 Voting Assistance Centers located in nine states, the Association provided absentee ballot registration and election information.

On Saturday, April 15th, the NAACP transported busloads of Orleans Parish citizens from four cities in Texas — Dallas, San Antonio, Houston, Austin; Atlanta, GA; and Jackson, MS back home to Louisiana to cast their vote.

While our efforts have had a strong and consistent impact, the overall voter turnout for the New Orleans election remains low. Tomorrow is the last opportunity for New Orleanians to vote in the Primary Election. This election will certainly narrow the field of mayoral candidates as well as elect individuals to key offices that will make critical decisions concerning housing, education, health, and employment issues in the city of New Orleans.

The NAACP and our partners, The People for the American Way (PFAW) and the Lawyers Committee on Civil Rights (LCCR), are committed and dedicated to ensuring that Orleans Parish residents are able to cast a meaningful vote and have their vote counted.

Value your right to vote and make it count on Saturday, April 22nd.

For more information on the New Orleans election Click here to visit the Value Our vote website or call our Election Protection hotline at 1-866-OUR-VOTE (1-866-687-8683)

Don't Let Congress Ruin the Internet

Right now Congress is pushing a law that would abandon the First Amendment of the Internet -- a principle called "network neutrality" that preserves the free and open Internet. Congress needs to hear from you today or they will hand over control of what you do online to companies like AT&T, Verizon and Comcast.

Politicians are trading favors for campaign donations from these companies. They're being wooed by people like AT&T's CEO, who says "the Internet can't be free." Sign this petition to tell your elected representatives to protect Internet freedom now.

Reviving the property rights outrage

Center For Individual Freedom
by staff

Last June, the Supreme Court's decision in the now-infamous Kelo case struck a judicial blow to Americans' constitutional right to own property without fear of government seizure. Recall that the decision validated the notion that a local government could seize private property and hand it over to a private developer with no more justification than the claim that the new development would provide greater tax revenue than the homes, businesses, churches or farms that it might be replacing. Somehow, the High Court managed to finagle their way around the Constitution's clear command that the government could not seize private property under any circumstances except if the land was being taken for a public use -- a road, a bridge, a canal or some other form of infrastructure...

Politics should be local as the Founders intended

Sierra Times
by Jeff Adams

Part of the genius of how the framers of the U.S. Constitution set things up was that the Constitution divided and dispersed authority and power. By creating a limited, bottom-up form of government that left the majority of power in the hands of the member states of the union, elected officials were more accountable to those whom they represented. The late Tip O’Neill, former Speaker of the House, was famous for saying, 'All politics is local.' While in a sense this was true, it doesn't seem so today. Over time, our form of government has been literally turned on its head. We have an ever-centralizing, top-down government that claims unlimited authority and power. Elected representatives appear to view themselves as unaccountable to those they are supposed to represent (the citizens of their district, state, county, city, etc., that vote), and seem to represent special interests that finance their campaigns and lifestyles. So what to do about this?

The emerging environmental majority

by Christina Larson

Environmental policies have become increasingly popular over the past few years. Seventy-five percent of Americans in a 2005 Harris poll agreed with the statement, 'Protecting the environment is so important that requirements and standards cannot be too high, and continuing environmental improvements must be made regardless of cost.' Yet a shrinking minority of voters are willing to associate themselves with the loaded term 'environmentalist.' In the same poll, only 12 percent claimed that label. Americans like green, but they are less fond of greens. And that has been doubly true for outdoorsmen. Over the past five years, though, Bush administration policies in the west -- accelerating drilling on public lands and waiving protections on water quality and wildlife -- have given this odd couple a common enemy...

Republicans on Capitol Hill seem more interested in complaining about the Bush administration than in winning, or at least limiting their losses in, the midterm elections. The White House is arrogant; it is out of touch; it does not face the same electoral pressures we do: We have heard it all before, and there is truth in each complaint. But perhaps the recriminations can wait until after the elections? Congress is not going to be in session for many more days this year. There is not much time for congressional Republicans to promote popular legislation as a way of improving their standing -- even if one assumed, contrary to fact, that they could agree on what legislation that would be. Their fate is therefore tied to the president's. If the election is held with Bush holding a 35 percent approval rating, they will lose the House. If Bush rises to 45 percent by the fall, they will do fine...

War, profit and the state

Free Market News Network
by Stefan Molyneux

The economics of war are, at bottom, very simple, and contain three major players: those who decide on war, those who profit from war, and those who pay for war. Those who decide on war are the politicians, those who profit from it are those who supply military materials or are paid for military skills, and those who pay for war are the taxpayers. (The first and second group, of course, overlap.) In other words, a corporation which profits from supplying arms to the military is paid through State taxation -- and under no other circumstances could the transaction exist, since the risks associated with destruction (as outlined in the table above) are equal to or greater than any profit that could be made. Now if those who decided on war also paid for it, there would be no such thing as war ...

Attacking Iran: Are they nuts?

"Diplomatic" terrorism

by Justin Raimondo

Is anyone surprised that our Supreme Leader has refused to rule out nuking Iran? Asked if there was anything to Seymour Hersh's scoop revealing U.S. plans for a nuclear strike against Tehran, Bush replied: 'All options are on the table. We want to solve this issue diplomatically and we're working hard to do so.' All options? Including genocide? Well, uh, yes -- but don't worry. We'll issue a good number of threats before we actually commit mass murder: we'll bellow and beat our chests, like King Kong atop the Empire State Building. Then we'll nuke 'em! That's 'diplomacy' in the Age of Bush II...

When hawks play chicken

The image of Bush as a nutty, Strangeloveian figure could be just a put-on in the ongoing game of chicken between Washington and Tehran. Arkin chides the administration for failing to talk about military planning, arguing that diplomatic efforts directed at Iran would be 'mightily enhanced' if the Iranians thought the U.S. was serious about going to war. But at what stage does the machinery of war overtake the mind games? On Sunday, Richard Clarke, the famous former national coordinator for security and counterterrorism, and Steven Simon, a former senior director for counterterrorism at the National Security Council, warned that such ambiguity might lead to a clash that would be devastating for the U.S. Clarke and Simon recall that the Clinton administration also contemplated bombing Iran, but backed off because 'the highest levels of the military could not forecast a way in which things would end favorably for the United States'...

Iraq's daily death toll keeps a lot of people working

The outlook for Iraq's economy is grim. Oil production has fallen to prewar levels. With foreign investors scared off by political instability and a climate of violence that produces about 70 attacks a day, private investment has stagnated. Local businesses keep shorter hours, while wealthy businessmen are regularly targeted for kidnapping. Electricity levels have dropped to the same as they were three years ago, frustrating ordinary Iraqis and hampering new development projects. The main reason for these troubles: insurgents and unchecked militias have done a good job of driving Iraq's economy to a near halt. Well, almost. One sector of the economy has been quietly expanding since the March 2003 invasion -- the so-called death industry...

Schoolchildren will be at risk if mast is erected

By Chris Wickham

Residents are up in arms over plans to erect a phone mast at Strawberry Hill Golf Club within 500 metres of two primary schools.

An application has been lodged with Richmond upon Thames Council by telecommunications firm T-Mobile for an 18.65 metre high tower with six antennae.

The proposal has attracted around 50 objections from Strawberry Hill residents.

T-Mobile want to site the mast in the south east corner of Strawberry Hill Golf Club next to the railway line between Fulwell and Strawberry Hill stations.

Derek Newson, of Strawberry Hill Road, said this would put it about 450 metres from St James's RC Primary School, on Stanley Road, and 320 metres from Stanley Infant School, on Strathmore Road, as well as Stanley Junior School which is close by.

In Mr Newson's letter of objection, he said: "Strawberry Hill is designated a conservation area. Part of the reason we chose to live in the area was the view of metropolitan open land.

"The impact that an 18.65 metre tower would have on the environment is completely inappropriate."

Veronica Heffernan, headteacher of St James's also lodged an objection with the council expressing concerns. She said: "I am very anxious to read about the installation of a telephone mast at Strawberry Hill Golf Club.

"I am aware of concerns regarding these masts and the health of children. I do not think it is at all appropriate to have these within the vicinity of any primary school."

Hilary Bower, headteacher of Stanley Infant and Nursery School, also lodged a formal objection on behalf of the school and governors.

In its supporting statement T-Mobile said other options were considered before an application was lodged for the golf course site and no other was suitable.

It said the site was in need of another mast as at present there is a shortfall in T-Mobile coverage. The statement also cited evidence from a report published by the Independent Expert Group on Mobile Phones, known as the Stewart Report.

It said: "The balance of evidence indicates there is no general risk to the health of people living near base stations on the basis that exposures are expected to be small fractions of the guidelines."

Omega read "Base Stations, operating within strict national and international Guidelines, do not present a Health Risk?" under:

A Richmond Council spokesperson said the application was ongoing and no date had been set for a decision.

He said anyone with concerns should write to Connor Corrigan in the development control department at the Civic Centre.

Some students were instantly made homeless or jobless, and none could go to class on campus. The university let them return to campus after 3 days, in the face of NBC planning to televise coverage.

Students are waiting for the other shoe to drop. Let's not let it drop on them. Tell the university how you feel about its treatment of these students and their rights to protest. Tell the university that you oppose any discipline of these students.

Sixty-Seven international antiwar activists, including 2 former Assistant Secretary Generals of the UN - Denis Halliday and Hans-Christof von Sponeck - have taken a stand for student rights and against the occupation of Iraq.

Join Cindy Sheehan, Medea Benjamin, Kathy Kelly, Camilo Mejia, Dahr Jamailand 60 others in standing up for these students.

As the letter puts it: "Let's not forget what these students - "the SFSU 10?" - were protesting. They were protesting the military's recruiting students into 'careers' that would foster death, destruction and injustice. They were trying to protect their fellow students from serious risks of their being among the tens of thousands of US troops killed, maimed or traumatized in Iraq. They were trying to protect students from participating in war crimes - a war in which 100,000 or more Iraqis have been killed, according to the peer reviewed Lancet study; a war in which the US uses uranium, a radioactive neurotoxin, in munitions; a war in which 1 in 4 combat marines admitted to having killed a civilian, with 8 in 10 having reported seeing injured women or children whom they were unable to help (Boston Globe, July 1, 2004)."

"We stand in defense of the SFSU protesters and call on you to take no disciplinary action against them and to apologize to them for violating of their civil liberties and human rights. We believe the university should also compensate any of the group who may have become homeless or otherwise suffered economic hardship because of the SFSU actions. And we invite you to join us as we renew our efforts to build the movement to end this war, bring all the troops home now, and institute reparations for the people of Iraq. "

Immune deficiency - Immunodeficiency diseases

Dear Olle: I am in touch with a professional man who lives on the East Coast. He has the "identical rare immune deficiency" as my two grandsons. He is being treated by a Pediatric Immunologist at Yale. Here in Minnesota, the boys' Immunologist also treats adults.

Quite an "irony" that a rare deficiency that is defined by the fact that it indicates "ageing," requires adults to receive treatment from a Pediatric Immunologist!!!! The affected person lives about 75 feet from a 200 kv high voltage powerline. He has not specifically requested confidentiality but right now, it is best his identity remain anonymous.

I have mailed several items to him including information regarding filters. He located me via an Omega post -- further evidence that Klaus's continuing efforts are paying off!!! Take care - Joanne

Dear Anonymous:

I will type below an excerpt from the first paragraph titled "Immunodeficiency" of Chapter 18 (page 18.1) from the book "IMMUNOLOGY - Third Edition (1993)," by Ivan Roitt, Jonathan Brostoff and David Male:

"Immunodeficiency disease results from the absence, or failure of normal function, of one or more elements of the immune system. Specific immunodeficiency diseases involve abnormalities of T or B cellsd, the cells of the adaptive immune system. Non-specific immunodeficiency disease involve abnormalities of elements such as complement or phagocytes, which act non-specifically in immunity. Primary immune deficiencies are due to intrinsic defects in cells of the immune system and are for the most part genetically determined. Secondary immunodeficiency diseases result from extrinsic factors, such as drugs, irradiation, malnutrition or infection. Thus AIDS is a secondary immunodeficiency resulting from a virus infection.

Immunodeficiency diseases cause increased susceptibility to infection in patients. The infections encountered in immunodeficient patients fall, broadly speaking into two categories. Patients with defects in immunoglobulins or complement proteins or phagocytes are very susceptible to recurrent infections..........

SIX NATIONS PEOPLE TAKE BACK LAND: Mohawks Under Siege in Ontario

First, a short intro to what's going on -- a transcript from the news headlines from Thursday's broadcast of the Free Speech Radio News (audio archives at ) Following that, a forwarded email which is mostly a series of updates on the developing situation as reported by "Mohawk Nation News". (Read from the bottom up to get the correct chronology.) I believe the term OPP is a reference to the Ontario Provincial Police (one of our Canadian friends can correct me if that's wrong).

They are desparate for media attention to show the world what is happening. Please send this to anybody who can help with that.

Tensions are high today in southwestern Ontario as police and Native people face off at a construction site. From Toronto, Kristin Schwartz has more.

Early this morning, police stormed a construction site occupied by native people from the nearby Six Nations reserve community, making a number of arrests. The occupation began seven weeks ago to prevent the expansion of a housing development. The Six Nations people say that the site is part of the large tract of land that was promised to them by the British Crown in 1784.

The traditional Six Nations Confederacy government backs the blockade and does not recognize the authority of the elected "Band Council", established by Canada early this century, to represent them in the negotiations. Janie Jamieson is a spokesperson for the blockade participants. (sound) "Since 1924, Canada has violated international law and they continue to ignore the existence of the Haudenosaunee confederacy. And that's what this is all about. It's got to end at some point."

Six Nations people rallied and regained control of the site after the arrests this morning. Hundreds of police have now been deployed in the area. From CKLN in Toronto, this is Kristin Schwartz for Free Speech Radio News.

Call Dick Hill at 519-865-7722.

WE SMASHED THEIR CARS UP. THEY WERE POINT THEIR GUNS AT US. So that's what we did. About 1000 people there. Red Alert to come. We forced OPP and one road is open to get there. Do whatever you have to do. This is not right. We'll die here if we have to. Douglas Creek Estates. It is our. They stole it from us. We took it back. canada thinks its the ultimate power. Are there Indian mercenaries helping the OPP? Negotiations - "Yes, I punched one of them right in the head. WHERE IS MICHAEL COYLE WHEN YOU NEED HIM? DIDN'T HE GET SENT INTO SETTLE ALL THAT BUSINESS AT KANEHSATAKE WHICH IS STILL A BIG MESS. Send him in again!

9:45 AM

OPP saying that it is over [FOR THEM]. Go home then! Simple as that. Hundreds are there. More and more are coming. We moved police out of here. We have blocked off highways. Police are supposed to be moving in. 1000 cops and the army. Transport truck is blocking off road. They are going to try to come in again. Negligent media -- no coverage. There had been an actual meeting in Cornwall not to give coverage. Alternative media is there. Local only. One woman was roughed up.

Very tense difficult situation. We need all kinds of people here as witnesses with cameras and eyes and memories. It is about violation of our law, Canadian law and international law. They have no right to be here. Their guns are fully loaded. We are unarmed. Our spirits are high. We are asking people to make calls, emails, think about us. We are carrying out our responsibilities. We need international support. There were children on the site when the OPP came. We are standing strong, adhering to the law and we have no intention of leaving.

The constitutional jurisdiction is that of the Indians. Ontario and Canada are invading our jurisdiction. This is an international assault on another nation. The people are standing on the law. Canada is standing on "might makes right".

9:15 Tires burning at underpass. At the church near Douglas Estates near Tim Horton's the people have blocked off the highway.

4:20 am the OPP attacked to arrest them. Hauled first 9 off. Some protesters took the Caledonia bridge. Reserve people arrived and repelled the cops. At least 150 heavily armed cops. Vans, trucks, paddy wagons, ambulances (for the cops). They repelled them. The cops came back. They were repelled again. Now at 9:00 am the people have taken the land in question back. How to get there: From Niagara Falls and Toronto, take Highway 6 straight south from Hamilton to Caledonia. From buffalo take Highway 3 west to Higway 6 and north on Highway 6 to Caledonia. From Windsor take Higway 3 East to Higway 6 and go north. These are backways and cops are not likely to be looking at it too much.

The OPP has created an ongoing battle. They sit in their cars, give out false news reports, and wait for reinforcements to come in to squash the Six Nations people but they can't. Everyone is reporting to everyone.

All police have been chased off the perimeter of Douglas Estates for now. Cop were sneaking behind the unfinished houses. One woman went over. A women cop told her she was under arrest. "What do you mean I'm under arrest. You're violating the laws, both ours and international law". Other cops came out and wrestled her down on the ground. She fought all of them. They kneed her to handcuff her. She started booting the cops. Then other Indians arrived on the scene and chased the cops off. As they were leaving they shot her son in back with tasers. The big woman cop was carrying a big gun, something like an Ouzi. "It was a big one". Those cops were fully packed, she said. They failed to arrest her because she resisted. There are 9 arrested. They're supposed to only keep them for 2 hours. 'We haven't seen them back yet". The People are shutting Caledonia down. "We are not armed. We got our land back. Were in! We're at the fire!"

At the 6th Line where the Douglas Estates comes out on the road at the entrance, out to Highway 6 that goes onto the rez. The bypass that goes around Caledonia. At the 6th line overpass, the people there had been blocking that road, they were attacked by the cops, paddy wagons were there. They fought back. It was a brawl. People started coming from the rez and supported them. Immediately there were hydro poles around which they threw on the road and set on fire. They are cutting off Highway 6 the main supply line that goes to Nanticoke Hydro Electric plant down on Lake Erie. It is the main transport truck road to Hamilton. This is being blocked.

Some protesters are still holding Caledonia Bridge, the main artery of the city. It's total confusion.

If you have satellite TV, look for Hamilton CH which has a live feed. They have helicopters filming everything.

8:00 AM

It is an ongoing situation. 9 people arrested.

There is fighting going on at the No. 6 Line Bridge. It is blocked off. The traditional Longhouse people put a fire there and the OPP pepper sprayed them. But the people started fighting back. The people have moved onto the main bridge in Caledonia. The people moved the police off the land and are going back to the main door and are still there holding on. The cops are still on the road shutting down the bypass. The OPP were chased off by the people and told to get out. OPP got off the land and are in their cars watching and waiting for "orders".

Get the news on the radio stations, newspapers, television.

7:05 am.

Two snipers were chased off by the people. They have 50 cops trapped in, who can't get out. A media black out could work against them. More cops are going to come in. Indians don't have weapons but they do have tons of cameras.

In Ipperwash there was a media blackout. The only way the information got out was because some of the people told what they saw. That's why we need people in there. The police showed in that public inquiry there was a deliberate attempt to stop the press from finding out. There were attacks upon people with cameras, those who tried to get the story out. What the police learned is how to do this the right way next time. This is it.

They learned all the weaknesses We learned the invaders are psychologically twisted people who pretend to be supporting the law. These are megalomaniacs who think they can say what the law is because they have access to guns. This time they will do it "right". The CTV have made two major movies showing what happens when these twisted personalities are allowed free reign on Indians. We get killed.

There are back room deals in police headquarters to hide the information and protect the police officers that give orders. In the case of Ipperwash, three OPP police officers died suddenly just before they were going to give evidence at the enquiry. What a strange coincidence. It is unfortunate that the poor jerks that are just "following orders" do not realize that they are putting their lives on the line. They are not at risk from Indians, so why all these coincidences?

The Six Nations people have been burning tobacco during this entire occupation for their protection. This is the only weapon that we have. We know the truth is on our side. We are calling upon the natural forces to give us wisdom and guidance through this whole siege. There are repercussions to those involved when you go against people who are innocent and justified in what they are doing. The megalomaniacs who do these kinds of things are only looking out for themselves. They are a danger to all of society.

We Indigenous people are within our rights. We want Canada to obey their own laws, and to respect international norms. We want an open and fair hearing. If the colonizers think they own our land, they need to prove it. With this attack they have trashed any pretension to right and decency, democracy and the rule of law. Canada is beginning to slide quickly down the slippery slope of despotism. How can Canada decolonize. The test lies in how they feel toward people who challenge their assumptions. Are they going to use batons, guns and pepper spray? Or are they going to get out their documents and take a serious look at the evidence.

The answer is obvious. Just look at what is happening today. This is a colonial government's hard core. Canada does not believe in reasoned researched and documented solutions. We are seeing how colonial government is going to deal with any kind of questioning of their "might makes right" authority. These are the signs of how a tyrannical government is going to suppress the people from expressing legitimate dissent against a takeover by the powerful elitist interests that are involved. It appears that individual rights are being eliminated systematically all over Turtle Island.

This destruction of dissent at Six Nations is done under the cover of media darkness. This is the way it will be done in the future against all people across Turtle Island. This is an experiment in police state tactics against unarmed people who are exercising our rights.

These are the lessons they learned at Gustafsen Lake in 1995 where 77,000 rounds of ammunition were shot at the Indians. In Saskatoon, where Six Indian boys were found frozen to death outside the city put there by police officers. In Winnipeg where J.J. Harper was murdered by the Winnipeg police. At Ipperwash where Dudley George was murdered in cold blood by the OPP. There are over 500 Indigenous women who have "disappeared" and the police have done nothing about it. In the 1960's there was a complaint made in British Columbia because men were looking for Indian children to have sex with them in the streets. The police did nothing about it. Child prostitution is an on-going problem in Vancouver. We don't want the blood lust of Canada's police force to be whetted by spilling the blood of Indians. This vampire regime is moving in on Indians like sharks who smell blood in the water.

6:45 am

Go to Six nations. Take part in the Canadian "democratic" process. Get pepper sprayed. Get beat up. Get arrested. Get killed. No one will know what is going on. Seriously, the media black out is giving the lawless their power. They can do anything they want and who knows where it will stop. Take photos and tell your friends. We don't want another Chile. The state has been involved in murders before like Anna May Aquash. These attackers find a place where they can live out their bizarre fantasies and manias. These people have a twisted view of society and a gun is put in their hands. No psychological testing is done on these guys in police, armies, and bureaucracies. The only test for surviving is a willingness to "follow orders", not the law. These people have no concept of what the law or true democratic rule is.

6:20 AM

Cops all over the place. People are there. More people coming. Pepper sprayed. So far they let everybody go. Some might have been seized. Don't know. Canada using Gestapo tactics instead of making things right. Canada following big brother george bush mentality - invasion, containment, imprisonment and torture of Indigenous people and their families. Next Canada will start hunting down those who continue to protect and try to maintain the sov and jurisdiction of our people. lets not be surprised if Canada puts a deck of 52 for its most wanted Indigenous people and their friends and allies. Free land is our land that is free of Indians.

At 5:55 am this morning, Thursday, April 20th, over 150 heavily armed Ontario Provincial Police with Native mercenaries as body shields, invaded Six Nations land. Some carrying M-16's, in riot gear. 6th line is still open. The Rotinoshon'no are not fighting because they are unarmed. Tear gas has been thrown at them. Some were pepper sprayed. The traitors are the same kind of people who stabbed Crazy Horse, Geronimo, and those who fought for our sovereignty and our lives.

One bridge to the property has been closed.

Witnesses required. This will not be on the national news. Go there and see what is going on. This is a scary precedent. Take pictures. Make reports. Let the world know. report. REPORT. REPORT. Help the people so no one gets hurt. we never wanted violence. Canada has opened to the door to covert state violence on a scale that is unprecedented in Canada. This si the end of any pretense of negotiation with Indigenous people. they're just going to take the land. Canada came in with armaments, guns, paddy wagons (we dont know what's in there).

Don't let Canada become another Chile. Tell the world. The Rotino'sho: we are on our own land.
