Netgear promises 3G femtocells by end of year

This device could mean that Vodafone or whoever are able to roll out their network via people's homes - much like BT might be currently doing with it's Home Hub for wi-fi hotspots.
I don't want to discover my neighbours have installed a 3G mast in their house, do you?
