BLUNDELLSANDS residents have lost their battle to prevent a phone giant from installing a phone mast on a church.
Vodafone Ltd’s application to put up a 2.4m flagpole antenna on top of Blundellsands United Reformed Church in Warren Road was approved subject to conditions at last Wednesday’s planning meeting
Opposers turned out in force at Bootle Town Hall, but to no avail as the committee ruled they had no objections to the proposal.
