Wanted: persons who can translate from Dutch to English and to French
The Dutch Knowledge Platform Safe Mobile Network (KPSMN) has a very interesting website on how a safer mobile network can be created
( http://www.kennisplatformveiligmobielnetwerk.info/ ). They argue that a few relatively simple technical adjustments to mobile networks (namely higher placed antennas which emit at lower power) can significantly lower ambient radiation levels, without this hindering the functioning of mobile networks (like the system that is already applied in Salzburg).
The European Parliament and other policy makers around the world have become concerned about the issue of EMF. The information on the website of the KPSMN could provide them with very useful and especially useable information that shows that it is in fact fairly easy to achieve lower radiation levels. It is very concrete information that can be easily translated into policy measures.
The problem is however that the website is only available in Dutch at the moment. So it would be very, very valuable if the website could be translated to English and/or French (and perhaps other languages), preferably by native speakers of these languages, or otherwise people who master these languages very well.
People willing to do this can send an email to info[at]kennisplatformveiligmobielnetwerk.info (please put Beperk.de.straling[at]gmail.com in cc)
