Fight for Freedom 1807- 2007 Declaration
Support for our Fight for Freedom 1807-2007 campaign has been fantastic so far. Over 40,000 people have now signed the Declaration calling for measures to address slavery past and present.
Please renew your efforts, as the end of 2007 approaches, to get the Declaration as widely signed and supported as possible. Hundreds of thousands of ordinary people signed petitions as part of the campaign to abolish the Transatlantic Slave Trade. Today we are building a new mass movement against slavery, so please continue to collect signatures for the Declaration.
