Dems Push White House on Privilege Move
"The Bush administration and Congress are in a legal tug-of-war over executive and legislative branch powers," reports The Associated Press. House and Senate Judiciary Chairmen John Conyers and Patrick Leahy sent a letter to White House Counsel Fred Fielding, on Friday, demanding an explanation of why the White House claimed executive privilege on subpoenaed documents, reported Jesse Lee of The Gavel.
