US to Keep Pushing for Iran Sanctions
The United States said on Monday it still aimed to seek UN sanctions against Iran over its disputed nuclear program this month despite Iranian hints of readiness to compromise in talks with Europe. Ali Larijani reported progress in weekend talks to try to launch negotiations to end a stalemate over Tehran's pursuit of technology that could yield atom bombs.
