It's old news now that John Boehner, newly elected Majority Leader of the House, accepted $32,500 from Indian tribes that hired Abramoff as a lobbyist. And everyone has heard Boehner say over and over that since he has no reason to believe those donations were directed by Abramoff, he's keeping their $32,500. Recently, John was nice enough to explain to Cox News how he happened to develop his keen sense of judgment, 'You stand behind a bar, and it doesn't take long to sort of size people up. Some you like, and some you don't, and he (Abramoff) just wasn't someone I liked. I knew it the moment I met him.'
