Hartz IV-Kindergeldrückzahlungsforderungen der BA: Unbedingt Widerspruch einlegen

Erwerbslosen Forum Deutschland rät zu Widerspruch und erstmal gar nicht zu zahlen

„Die Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) muss in mehreren hunderttausend Fällen Geld von Hartz IV-Beziehern zurückfordern, weil durch falsche Bescheide die Erhöhung des Kindergeldes nicht berücksichtigt wurde. Der Grund: Zum ersten Januar 2010 gab es eine Kindergelderhöhung um 20 Euro. Bei vielen Eltern ist der Betrag jedoch nicht angerechnet worden.
