Die Ergebnisse einer DGB-Studie, wonach Leiharbeitnehmer einem deutlich höheren Entlassungsrisiko unterliegen, kommentiert Klaus Ernst als "bitteres Zeugnis schwarz-gelber und rot-grüner Arbeitsmarktpolitik". Der stellvertretende Parteivorsitzende der LINKEN weiter:

Landein, landab feiern Arbeitgeber und Koalition die Leiharbeit als flexibles Instrument. Was das praktisch heißt, wird durch die Studie deutlich: in der Leiharbeitsbranchen wird mehr befristet und schneller gefeuert. Die Zahlen sind das bittere Zeugnis schwarz-gelber und rot-grüner Arbeitsmarktpolitik. Mit der befristeten Einstellung und schnellen Kündigung wälzen die Firmen das unternehmerische Risiko zunehmend auf die Beschäftigten ab. Es ist ein Schlag ins Gesicht der Betroffenen, wenn die Bundesregierung ankündigt, Befristungen ausweiten zu wollen. Sie befördert damit die Verlagerung von Arbeitsplätzen dorthin, wo am billigsten eingestellt und am schnellsten rausgeschmissen werden kann. Dieser Form von Lohndumping muss endlich ein Ende gesetzt werden: DIE LINKE fordert eine massive Einschränkung der Leiharbeit, den Ausbau des Kündigungsschutzes und die Einschränkung von Befristungsmöglichkeiten.

But we already have an idea of what this will really do: enrich accountants and tax lawyers. We’ve seen it in those stimulus ‘tax cuts’ he bragged about...
