Anger as mobile phone mast gets the go-ahead
A GROUP of residents were left deflated after hearing an inspector granted planning permission for a mobile phone mast that they fought against.
The bad news arrived when they opened letters and emails from the Planning Inspectorate about the appeal decision which was made on Tuesday.
Horsell Way resident David Parker, an IT consultant, said: “I am very angry. I am very surprised. I thought we had a strong case as Vodafone were caught out on one or two things.”
