In a note at the beginning of my last column, I referred to a distinguished political economist in 1908 predicting the First World War followed by world peace. Geopolitics and economics are tools used by the power elite to achieve world government via globalization. In 1908, THE JOURNAL OF AMERICAN HISTORY devoted Volume 2, Number 4 "To the United Nations of the World" (UNW). It included the "First Draft of the Constitution of the United Nations of the World," written by William Osborne McDowell, who had assembled a group of political economists toward the effort........
