The propaganda campaign is already picking up, but this time the battle is going to be less one-sided. In the run-up to the invasion of Iraq, the War Party had the field practically to themselves. Not a single major politician or political figure rose to question the ‘patriotic’ lies that flooded the airwaves and inundated readers of newspapers and blogs — not a one.
