Break with Bush over middle East, MPs warn Brown
The Labour-led Foreign Affairs Committee urged Gordon Brown's ministers to talk to Syria and Iran - part of President George Bush's 'axis of evil'. The MPs also want engagement with moderate elements in both Hamas, the militant Palestinian group Washington is determined to isolate, and Hezbollah, the Lebanese militants branded a terrorist organisation by the U.S.
