Bringing together conscientious objectors from South Korea, Colombia, Israel, Bosnia and Hercegovina, and the United States, this panel and discussion will explore the potential of conscientious objection as a strategy for building a global anti-war movement.

Directions: Corner of 15th Street and Rutherford Place, facing Stuyvesant Park. Rutherford Place is a short street between Second and Third Avenues, which runs from 15th to 17th Streets. By subway, take a 4, 5, 6, N, R, or L train to Union Square/14th Street and walk 3 blocks east and 1 block uptown.
This public event is part of Operation Refuse War: A Week of Action Uniting Resisters in Celebration of International Conscientious Objectors Day, May 11-16 2006, in New York City and Washington DC. For more information, check out http://www.operationrefusewar.org .
