It's time for Congress to take the keys for starting preemptive wars away from this president, before he turns Iran into an even bigger geopolitical disaster than Iraq.
Peter DeFazio (D-OR) has introduced a house resolution [H.C.R. 391] to express the sense of Congress that the President cannot initiate military action against Iran without congressional authorization, as clearly required by the Constitution in Article One, Section Eight.
Already over 60 members of the house have signed the DeFazio letter.
