President Obama is about to do what the pundits love to describe as a ‘hard pivot.’ What that really means is he’s going to try to change the subject enough to divert attention from his troubles and give the impression he’s doing something for the people that they actually want. The first part of the hard pivot was his attack on banking and Wall Street.
