Phone mast approval angers parish council

A PHONE mast is to be sited just 800 metres north of Hadrian’s Wall, despite objections from parish councillors, who described the idea as “completely unacceptable”.
Telefonica O2 UK will be erecting a 27.5 metre lattice tower and base station at West Heddon Nursery, which lies within the official setting of the World Heritage Site.
