Libby Faces Pre-Trial Status Hearing Today
The federal district judge overseeing the CIA leak case against I. Lewis "Scooter" Libby will hold a pre-trial status hearing today. Libby, Vice President Dick Cheney's former chief of staff, is facing five counts of obstruction of justice, false statements and perjury in the investigation of who leaked CIA employee Valerie Plame's name to the media.
