NSA Ruling a Victory For the Constitution
Sarah Olson reports on Judge Anna Diggs Taylor's decision yesterday that the National Security Agency's warrantless wiretapping program is unconstitutional. The ruling is the first federal challenge to the wiretapping program allowing the NSA to secretly listen to phone calls placed from the US to foreign countries.
