The enclosures may constitute supplementary information to the situation at hand, namely that Brantford is one of communities most affected by the trend of rising levels of environmental radiofrequency / microwave emissions in Southern central Canada.

Note that in follow-ups, we have measured doubled environmental levels to what we have reported earlier - still in dry soil conditions, which means some areas of Brantford can get exposures of up to 20 times more elevated that what we reported in 2005.

We are also including information from the City of Toronto Board of Health on the same issue. It is significant that your community is often exposed to levels above the maximum allowed under the Toronto Board of Health.
