Council: Orange alternative mast survey could be weeks

COUNCIL officials have been told they face a further wait to find out if mobile phone giant Orange has found an alternative site for the controversial Foxes Piece mast.
In October 2008 the communications company was granted permission to build an antenna at the junction of Little Marlow Road and Foxes Piece - close to the primary school - after Wycombe District Council failed to object to the plan in time.
Residents, particularly concerned over possible health hazards for schoolchildren, wrote to council to object in their hundreds.
