California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger on Monday signed an agreement with four western US states to curb greenhouse gas emissions.
Schwarzenegger has inked a memorandum of understanding to create a joint strategy with Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington to combat global warming.
