"Konjunkturpaket" als Wahlgeschenklein

"Die Bundesregierung bietet gerade einmal neun Milliarden Euro jährlich für öffentliche Investitionsprogramme auf. Das sind weniger als 0,4 Prozent. In Anbetracht der historischen Dimension der Krise ist dies verantwortungslos", so Michael Schlecht, Mitglied des Parteivorstandes. Er erklärt zum Konjunkturpaket der Großen Koalition:

Notwendig sind mindestens 50 Milliarden Euro, damit das Konjunkturpaket seinem Namen gerecht wird. Nur so könnten über eine Million Arbeitsplätze gesichert und geschaffen werden. Die Regierung spannt keinen Schutzschirm auf, sondern lässt mittelständische Unternehmen, Beschäftigte, Arbeitslose und ihre Familien im Regen stehen. Das so genannte Konjunkturpaket ist der durchsichtige Versuch, mit Wahlgeschenken die Bürgerinnen und Bürger zu beruhigen. Bei der Steuer gibt es einen Steuernachlass von ungefähr vier Euro (!) im Monat für Niedrigverdiener/innen. Bei Beschäftigten mit einem Einkommen von 60.000 Euro liegt der Steuernachlass bei 22 Euro im Monat. Bei den Krankenkassenbeiträgen wird der durchschnittlich verdienende Beschäftigte um 7,50 Euro im Monat "entlastet". Die Maßnahmen sind ungerecht und die Binnennachfrage wird nicht angeschoben. Ein Skandal ist, dass auch Unternehmer bei den Krankenkassenbeiträgen entlastet werden, anstatt die paritätische Finanzierung wieder einzuführen. Für Familien, für Kinder gibt es nur Almosen. 100 Euro einmalig (!) je Kind und die Anhebung der Regelsätze für Hartz-IV-Kinder von 60 auf 70 Prozent ist vollkommen unzureichend. Menschen in Armut können dies nur als zynisch empfinden. Im Gegensatz zu dieser Knauserigkeit wird nach dem 480 Milliarden Schutzschirm für Banken ein weiterer Schutzschirm für Unternehmen in Höhe von 100 Milliarden Euro aufgespannt - und die Bürgerinnen und Bürger sollen zahlen. Nach der Bundestagswahl droht die alte Leier von der Haushaltskonsolidierung. Weil die Regierung die Reichen ungeschoren davonkommen lassen will, könnte das bedeuten: Agenda 2020, Sozialkürzungen in ungeahnter Größenordnung. Die Profiteure der Krise müssen endlich zur Kasse gebeten werden, beispielsweise durch eine 5prozentige Millionärsteuer auf das Vermögen. So können alleine 80 Milliarden Euro zusätzlich eingenommen werden.
