Das erinnere an die Gründungszeit des Verbandes nach dem 2. Weltkrieg. Ursache der heutigen Entwicklung sei die aktuelle Sozial- und Wirtschaftspolitik der Bundesregierung, so Steinbach. Sie sprach auf einer Fachtagung der Volkssolidarität zu Fragen der Armen- und Obdachlosenhilfe.
