So have I (and many others!)...written, written, faxed, phoned, phoned, faxed, e-mailed, written, phoned, phoned, visited, e-mailed, e-mailed, phoned, written, visited (and so forth) for nearly 30 years...
But the men and women in power does not seem to bother...
