Erwerbslosen Forum Deutschland rät zu Widerspruch und erstmal gar nicht zu zahlen

„Die Bundesagentur für Arbeit (BA) muss in mehreren hunderttausend Fällen Geld von Hartz IV-Beziehern zurückfordern, weil durch falsche Bescheide die Erhöhung des Kindergeldes nicht berücksichtigt wurde. Der Grund: Zum ersten Januar 2010 gab es eine Kindergelderhöhung um 20 Euro. Bei vielen Eltern ist der Betrag jedoch nicht angerechnet worden. Ein Vorgeschmack auf schwarz-gelbe Kopfpauschale

"Schwarz-Gelb fährt unser Gesundheitssystem vor die Wand", befürchtet der stellvertretende Parteivorsitzende Klaus Ernst angesichts der drohenden Zusatzbeiträgen der gesetzlichen Krankenkassen. Ernst weiter:

Das politisch vorgeführte Getöne rund um die Zusatzbeiträge ist nur eine schlechte Show - diese kleine "Kopfpauschale" war mit dem Gesundheitsfonds geplant und politisch gewollt. Dass Millionen Hartz-IV-Betroffene auf den Zusatzbeiträgen sitzen bleiben und diese aus ihrem Regelsatz zahlen müssen, wird billigend in Kauf genommen. Ich weiß nicht, wie sich die Union das vorstellt: einfach zwei Tage nichts essen und trinken, um den Zusatzbeitrag zu zahlen? Die lachenden Dritten in diesem Spiel sind nur die Arbeitgeber, weil sie zu einem immer geringer werdenden Anteil an den Kosten der Gesundheitsversorgung beteiligt sind. Das ist sozial ungerecht und ökonomisch fatal, weil die Binnenkaufkraft immer weiter geschwächt anstatt stabilisiert wird.

Gesundheitskommission ist Instrument des Wahlbetrugs

Der stellvertretende Vorsitzende der LINKEN, Klaus Ernst hält die heute zusammentretende Gesundheitsreform-Kommission der Bundesregierung für ein "Instrument des Wahlbetrugs". Er vermutet, dass die Kommission vor der NRW-Wahl zu überhaupt keinem Ergebnis kommen solle. Die schwarz-gelben Gesundheitspläne laufen nach Ernsts Ansicht auf "Hartz IV im Gesundheitswesen" hinaus. Er erklärt:

Die Gesundheitskommission ist ein Instrument des Wahlbetrugs. Da sitzen acht Minister an einem Tisch und quatschen herum, obwohl vor der NRW-Wahl gar nichts herauskommen soll. Die Menschen sollen nämlich bis dahin hingehalten werden. Erst danach soll der soziale Kahlschlag eingeleitet werden. Die schwarz-gelben Gesundheitspläne laufen auf eine Abschaffung der Solidarität im Gesundheitswesen hinaus. Die Rösler-Pauschale ist unsozial. Ist sie zu hoch, können sich sozial Schwache Gesundheit nicht mehr leisten. Ist sie zu niedrig, dann reicht das Geld nicht mehr für eine ordentliche Gesundheitsversorgung. Der angebliche Sozialausgleich macht Millionen unverschuldet zu Bittstellern des Staates. Wenn die Pauschale 140 Euro beträgt, dann werden über 90 Prozent der Rentner zu Sozialfällen, wenn sie netto nicht weniger als vor der Umstellung haben wollen. Das heißt, dass Einkommen und Vermögen offen gelegt werden muss. Das ist Hartz IV im Gesundheitswesen. Die genauen Pläne müssen unbedingt vor der NRW-Wahl offen gelegt werden, damit die Menschen wissen, worüber sie abstimmen.
