Widerstandsbündnis gegen Röslers Kopfpauschale

Der Vorsitzende der Linken, Klaus Ernst kündigt Proteste gegen das Kopfpauschalen-Konzept von Gesundheitsminister Rösler an. Die Pläne aus dem Gesundheitsministerium seien ungerecht und belasteten die Mitte der Gesellschaft. Ernst erklärt:

Röslers Kopfpauschale ist nicht weniger als der Einstieg in den Ausstieg aus der solidarischen Gesundheitsfinanzierung. Die vorliegenden Pläne bedeuten gerade für die Mitte der Gesellschaft gewaltige Belastungen. Das Konzept ist so angelegt, dass die Kopfpauschale von 30 Euro mittelfristig zwangsläufig immer mehr ansteigt und so das solidarische Krankenkassen-System aushebelt. In Zukunft hätten die Menschen dann nur noch die Wahl, ob die Pauschale steigt oder die Gesundheitsversorgung immer schlechter wird. Rentner, Niedriglohn-Beschäftigte und Durchschnittsverdiener sind die Verlierer des Rösler-Konzepts. Wir brauchen jetzt ein Widerstandsbündnis gegen die Kopfpauschale. Die Linke wird eine Kampagne gegen die Rösler-Pläne starten. Alle Oppositionsparteien müssen gemeinsam mit Parteien und Sozialverbänden gegen die Kopfpauschale mobilisieren. Röslers Pläne bedrohen Millionen. Wenn die Regierung das umsetzen will, muss sie mit gewaltigen Protesten rechnen.

Rösler als Gesundheitsminister gescheitert

Als "Kürzungsorgie bezeichnet die Vorsitzende der LINKEN, Gesine Lötzsch, die Pläne von Gesundheitsminister Rösler für neue Kostensenkungen im Gesundheitswesen. Rösler bitte die Krankenversicherten für sein Scheitern als Gesundheitsminister zur Kasse. Lötzsch erklärt:

Das ist kein Sparpaket sondern eine Kürzungsorgie, die vor allem darauf hinausläuft, dass Gesundheitsleistungen und Medikamente noch schärfer rationiert werden. Die Verlierer sind die Patientinnen und Patienten. Sie werden der Zwei-Klassen-Medizin ausgeliefert. Rösler ist mit der Kopfpauschale gescheitert. Er hat kein Konzept für eine nachhaltige Finanzierung des Gesundheitssystems. Jetzt will er die Krankenversicherten für sein Scheitern zur Kasse bitten. Das ist unsozial und unseriös. Merkel muss beweisen, ob sie noch die Richtlinienkompetenz hat, und Rösler zurückpfeifen. Die richtige Konsequenz aus Röslers Scheitern wäre sein Rücktritt.

ÖDP kritisiert CSU-Energiekonzept als "verantwortungslos"

Mangold: "Wer Atomreaktoren 50 Jahre lang bis zur Schrottreife laufen lassen will, ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko für Bayern"

Die bayerische ÖDP wirft der CSU wegen ihres neuen Energiekonzeptes Verantwortungslosigkeit vor: "Wer Atomreaktoren 50 Jahre lang bis zur Schrottreife laufen lassen will, ist ein Sicherheitsrisiko für Bayern", kritisiert ÖDP-Landesgeschäftsführer Urban Mangold das vom wirtschaftpolitischen Sprecher der CSU, Erwin Huber vorgestellte Vorhaben.

Mangold: "Offensichtlich ist der von Franz Josef Strauß geprägte Ausspruch, dass Nuklearanlagen so sicher seien wie eine Fahrradspeichenfabrik immer noch die vorherrschende Denkweise der CSU-Spitze". Die Serie von Störfällen auch in deutschen AKWs beweise jedoch das Gegenteil.

Die bayerische ÖDP fordert stattdessen noch wesentlich schneller als von der damaligen rot-grünen Regierung geplant, aus der Atomkraftnutzung auszusteigen.

Landesgeschäftsführer Urban Mangold verweist auch auf eine Stellungnahme des Verbandes der kommunalen Unternehmen (VKU), der die Laufzeitenverlängerung ebenfalls kritisiert habe, weil dadurch die Wirtschaftlichkeit bestehender und zukünftiger kommunaler Energieerzeugungsanlagen der Stadtwerke in Frage gestellt werde. Durch die Laufzeitverlängerung bleiben Strommengen auf dem Markt, die eigentlich durch Strom aus effizienteren Kraftwerken (wie zum Beispiel Kraftwärmekopplung, KWK) sowie aus Erneuerbaren Energien hätten ersetzt werden können.

Wenn die von CSU und FDP geforderte Laufzeitenverlängerung tatsächlich beschlossen werde, würden zur Vermeidung weiterer Überkapazitäten geplante Investitionen in moderne Kraftwerke zurückgestellt oder entfallen, kritisiert Mangold.

Warum ist die Forderung nach 28 Jahren Laufzeitverlängerung so gefährlich?

Als die CDU/CSU-Bundestagsfraktion vor einigen Wochen durchgesetzt hat, dass für das Energiekonzept der Bundesregierung auch ein Szenario mit 28 Jahren Laufzeitverlängerung für die Atomkraftwerke durchgerechnet werden soll, war die Empörung groß. Doch wenige haben erkannt, was die eigentliche Gefahr hinter dieser Forderung ist.

Die Kettenreaktion hat begonnen

147.000 Menschen haben am 24. April bundesweit gegen die Atomenergie demonstriert, so viele wie erst einmal in der Geschichte der Anti-AKW-Bewegung. Vor allem das Gelingen der Menschenkette über 120 Kilometer von Brunsbüttel nach Krümmel hat viele überrascht. Für alle, die dabei waren, ist deutlich geworden: Es lohnt sich, wenn wir uns große Ziele setzen. Und das macht Mut für die weitere Auseinandersetzung um die Stilllegung der Atomkraftwerke.
