Mobilfunk – Gemeinde Aßling setzt deutliches Signal

Auf Initiative und unter Vorbereitung des Vereins „Mobilfunk mit Grenzen e.V." veranstaltet die Gemeinde Aßling unter dem Motto „Mobilfunkplanung für Gemeinden: Betrachtungen – Konzepte – Lösungen“ am Donnerstag, den 09.10.2008, 19 Uhr 30, im Dorfgemeinschaftshaus in Lorenzenberg/Aßling, Eichhofener Straße 22, einen Informationsabend für Kommunalpolitiker und interessierte Bürger mit anschliessender Diskussion.

Ziel dieses Abends ist es, am Beispiel des „Aßlinger Weges“ Möglichkeiten für eine konsens- und zukunftsfähige Mobilfunkplanung aufzuzeigen. Der Verein hofft, dass der von manchen Kommunalpolitikern immer wieder vorgebrachte Einwand: :„Da kann man ja sowieso nichts machen“ durch diese Veranstaltung entkräftet wird. Eine Reihe von jüngeren Urteilen ermöglicht es den Gemeinden nämlich, neben der Berücksichtigung der Belange des Orts- und Landschaftsbildes endlich auch gesundheitliche Vorsorgeplanung zu betreiben und Standorte von Mobilfunkanlagen so auszuwählen, dass Wohngebiete geringer belastet werden, als dies nach den derzeit noch geltenden Grenzwerten der 26. Bundesimmissionsschutzverordnung (BlmSchV) zulässig wäre. An 25 Gemeinden der Landkreise Ebersberg und Rosenheim sind von der Gemeinde Aßling bereits Einladungen verschickt worden und der Verein freut sich, dass die Gemeinde Aßling mit der Übernahme der Schirmherrschaft für diese Veranstaltung ein deutliches Signal setzt.

Dazu konnten wir drei Referenten gewinnen, die die komplette Bandbreite der notwendigen Erwägungen bei der Mobilfunkplanung thematisch behandeln:

A RADIATION expert has ordered urgent medical surveys after branding a Kingswinford phone mast site the worst in the world.

American scientist Dr George Carlo delivered a chilling verdict on the intensity of beams near the High Acres base station to shocked residents at a public meeting last week.

The advisor to the US government hopes to have teams of researchers in place by the end of the year to carry out tests on people living close to the 18-mast site which he slammed as “appalling”.
