Wir trauern um Stanislav Markelow und Anastasia Barburova

Am 19. Januar 2009 wurden der bekannte russische Anwalt Stanislav Markelow und die Journalistin Anastasia Barburova in Moskau von einem Killer auf offener Straße erschossen. Beide waren bzw. sind aktive Mitglied der libertären Bewegung in Russland. Motive für den Mord gibt es viele, besonders Stanislav hat sich als engagierter Anwalt der Verfolgten und von AntifaschistInnen viele Feinde gemacht und u.a. einen berüchtigten Militär und "Held der russischen Föderation" sowie etliche russische Nazis hinter Gitter gebracht. Sie kamen von einer Pressekonferenz auf der Markelov seinen Unmut über die vorzeitige Freilassung von Juri Budanov, einem russischen Offizier, der in Tschetschenien ein Mädchen vergewaltigt und ermordet hatte, kundgetan hatte. I am forwarding you this brief article from Cork's daily evening paper: Evening Echo.

Yesterday, I went to the offices of Cork County Council and consulted its file on this project--specifically those parts that related to the mast issue and health. Information in the file revealed that the HSE [Health Service Executive] had responded on August 27 that masts would not affect health and in support submitted the relevant sheet on base stations and health from the Irish Dep. of Communications, Marine and Natural Resources 2007 publication on Health Effects of Electromagnetic Fields. There was just one letter of protest in the file and that had been submitted by a resident who lives right beside the mast. His main objection, however, related to the proposed parking site for the new Health Centre which would adjoin the back of his property. He did mention toward the end of his one page letter that in the interests of health the mast should be moved from proximity to the proposed Health Centre and he cited the
2005 government recommendation on not siting masts near vulnerable populations e.g. schools, hospitals, health centres etc.

CARRIGALINE HEALTH CENTRE DELAYED

A 4 MILLION [euro] health centre for Carrigaline has been delayed after Cork County Council requested more information on the plan from the HSE. The proposed primary healthcare centre, to be located on the former ESB [Electricity Supply Board] site on the Ballea Road, would have GP, nursing, councilling, dental, podiary, mental health and community welfare services on site. The Health Service Executive (HSE) applied for planning permission on January 7 last, and the county council issued a request for more information on February 29. The HSE responded with that information on August 27. The council had asked the HSE to address the adequacy of parking provision on the site. It also said "the HSE will need to satisfy itself that there will be no conflict with or health problems arising from the proximity of the telecommunications mast adjoining the site". Now the local authority has made a second request for information. It wants clarification on four engineering issues relating to sewerage. Cllr Lombard said it was a disappointing delay to the project. "It will be a least early next year before building can begin. Hopefully the small engineering problems relating to sewerage will be ironed-out quickly. "It is a 4 million [euro] development with GP physiotherapy, dental and other services under one roof in a growing town of 16,000 people. "It is badly needed," he added. The HSE has a month to submit the information to the council. A spokesperson for the HSE was not available at the time of writing.

Mich haben die letzte Zeit sehr viele Nachfragen zum Verlauf der Freiburger Gerichtsverhandlung und natürlich zu meinem Gesundheitszustand nach dem aufrüttelnden Beitrag in der ARD und dem SWR erreicht. Vorweg gesprochen hab ich mich gesundheitlich so langsam wieder erholt. Auch der Unfall am 23.02.2008 auf dem Weg zu einer Veranstaltung ist ohne gesundheitliche Auswirkungen geblieben, der Wohnwagen ist knapp einem Totalschaden entgangen und kann wieder repariert werden. Trotzdem werde ich nicht darum herum kommen mich mittelfristig nach einem anderen umzusehen. Darüber hinaus wird es bis zu 4 Wochen dauern, bis die nötigen Ersatzteile geliefert werden können, solange ist er fahruntüchtig.

Da die Urteilsbegründung erst diese Tage kam und ich Euch diese nicht vorenthalten wollte, bekommt Ihr jetzt die gesammelten Werke zum Thema darf ein Elektrosensibler an einem ausgewiesenen Waldparklatz seinen Wohnwagen aufstellen oder nicht. Natürlich ist klar, daß wir Rechtsbeschwerde eingelegt haben und das Verfahren weitergeht, wobei die öffentliche Wirksamkeit und die 35 Euro Strafe wirklich prima sind. Dennoch geht es mir dabei nicht darum, daß ich mich möglichst gut aus der Sache heraus komme, sondern daß das Bewußtsein in der Bevölkerung zu dem Thema steigt und endlich der Staat seiner im Grundgesetz verankerten Vorsorgepflicht wieder nachkommt. Bedanken möchte ich mich bei all denen die durch ihre Anwesenheit dafür gesorgt haben, dass der Gerichtssaal mehr als voll war und damit gezeigt haben wie wichtig das Thema ist. Auch bei denen die durch ihre treuen Spenden es überhaupt möglich machen, daß ich diese Prozesse überhaupt führen und vorallem an Schulen gehen kann, die nicht einmal das Geld für die Fahrtkosten aufbringen können. Besonders wertvoll sind auch all diejenigen, die Daueraufträge erstellt haben und mit monatlichen Beträgen ein kleines planbares Budget bilden. Mein Dank gilt weiter denjenigen die anonym per Post, durch Zustecken, mit Lebensmitteln ect. dafür sorgen, daß ich bis heute nicht verhungert bin und das wenige, dass ich zum Lebensunterhalt benötige bestreiten kann. Auch für die Angebote von privaten, zinslosen Darlehen, damit wieder ein Auto angeschafft werden kann. Diese muß ich allerdings dankend ablehnen, da ich ja nicht weis, wann und ob ich diese zurück bezahlen kann und werd erst mal weiter versuchen ohne Auto auskommen.

The best proof I have found is Doctor Neil Cherry's document on his scientific tests carried out in Schwarzenburg, Switzerland -'EMR reduces Melatonin in Animals and people. The fact that

A) Insomnia is one of the main symptoms found in association with microwave (EMR - Electromagnetic Radiofrequency) emissions and:-

B) The hormone Melatonin should take over from Serotonin (hormone which keeps us awake during the day) in order for us to sleep properly is a strong pointer to the causative effect of EMR in relation to insomnia and disturbed sleep.

This is only a part of his findings, and as the Swiss government then did away with the very important transmitter which had made people ill for years and that now their permitted levels of emissions are hundreds of microwats/Volts per metre (or whatever) lower than the ICNIRP's levels adopted by our 'protective' agency in 2004 (I think?) there is another pointer to the proof that emissions do damage our health! Our permitted levels are amonget, if not the highest in the world.

All the invetigations undertaked by the Radiation Protection Board (NRPB) seem to be laboratory tests, where it is impossible to replicate the terrain; alignment of homes to the mast; differences between individual physiological strengths or weaknesses etcetc. They are ignoring the epidemiological evidence which would be staring them in the face if they bothered to look!

Dear Agnes,

A) It is important to send her Don Maisch's paper about the WHO/ ICNIRP's corruption and to tell her that this is a part of doctorat work (so it is difficult to ignore and refute it, it is a document that can be used in court). It is important to take a strong position, that Nothing the WHO says is related to health in any way as a result of this corruption. So all the quotes about the "WHO's/ICNIRP's strictest standards" don't hold water.

B) It is important that Jo will be careful and not try to play by the rules "they" try to dictate. first, DNA effects are replicated, and apart from the industry's 3G study, all mast studies are in the same direction. But anyway it is important to say that like every drug's study stands on its own, also EMF works stand by their own, and one "failure" to replicate does not cancell other positive result. And to stress that the "failures" to replicate are mostly the industry funded studies so when the industry demands replication it's a double standard.

Judging from that 300 m is not near enough by half. At 300 m you are still in the red zone. At 500 m you are in the yellow zone. So, a mast every 300 m will mean an overlap that makes sure Everyone is in the red zone.

I pinched the graph from (either emf solutionsUK or Powerwatch, I think, this is going back some time) but it was made (I understood) by monitoring from the centre to the edge of the radiation effect) Scary is´nt it.

All the material and letters were delivered to the Minister of planning Frank Cohen, in an attempt to influence

His approval of 200 masts on the Island. (Yes I am perfectly aware how much cash that would give to his governments coiffeurs) Our efforts have resulted in that a scrutiny committee has been formed who are to inform themselves of possible health hazard from mobile radiation (the first 26 masts have already been approved, before the committee has a chance of doing anything).
